High-performance rock crusher for coal mines: The double-stage boom configuration can adjust the vertical height to adapt to the size of the roadway, avoiding interference with anchor rods, roof support cables and overhead rock strata. This ensures that during maintenance and repair operations, collision-free operation can be achieved at different cross-sectional heights.

The telescopic boom cylinder adopts an integrated design and is equipped with a protective cover, effectively safeguarding the hydraulic components from impact damage during dynamic operation.

The feature of the spatially optimized hydraulic system is that the pipes are strategically arranged along both sides of the hangers and are equipped with heavy-duty hose sheaths to extend the service life under abrasive conditions.

The high-pressure hydraulic structure enhances the bucket's digging capacity through its powerful digging force. The precisely designed hydraulic coupling ensures that all circuit connections have leak-proof and sealed integrity.

The semi-enclosed cab combines optimal visibility with enhanced structural integrity and is equipped with a height-adjustable modular roof that can be quickly expanded or removed as needed for operation.

The power module adopts a centralized and space-optimized layout and is equipped with an anti-impact cladding to reduce damage caused by falling debris. At the same time, it is supplemented by a forced air cooling mechanism to achieve continuous thermal management.

The 360° breaker hammer can provide all-round rock crushing coverage without operational blind spots and can be used as both an excavator and a demolition unit to achieve multiple functions.

The electro-hydraulic drive system features low noise and zero emissions during operation, and is specially designed to meet the strict environmental requirements of underground metal mining operations.
