Our customizable tunnel diesel excavator is tailor-made for underground mining applications. This hydraulic excavator is specifically designed for road maintenance, drainage ditch excavation, cinder removal, debris clearance and surface leveling. Its compact design is made of heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant components, capable of withstanding harsh underground conditions and providing outstanding agility in confined Spaces. This machine can achieve seamless 360° rotation within a limited cross-sectional area and simultaneously perform multiple tasks such as excavation, leveling, side wall excavation, rock breaking and material loading. It excels at managing demanding tasks, including rough trenching, cinder disposal, waste removal and road preparation.
The superstructure supports unrestricted 360° rotation, thus enabling efficient excavation and material crushing beneath the conveying system. Its articulated suspension rods allow for unobstructed excavation and crushing throughout the entire working range at an adjustable height in the mine passage. The integrated adjustable front blade can stabilize the machine during operation and help with precise surface grading. The hydraulic pipelines on both sides of the boom are shielded by spring-reinforced armored sleeves to prevent damage in abrasive working environments.
The excavator is equipped with an intelligent load-sensing hydraulic system, which can dynamically adjust the pump output to meet real-time operation requirements while maintaining precise control over the movement and speed of the load. This innovation reflects the cutting-edge of modern construction machinery hydraulic technology.
This system adopts an air-start mechanism, which can be reliably ignited under low-temperature conditions, and is equipped with an advanced washer exhaust purification system. This emission control solution can neutralize toxic engine by-products into harmless gases, thereby significantly reducing air pollutants and promoting safer underground air quality.
