Our explosion-proof diesel excavator for mining is specially designed for underground mining operations. This hydraulic excavator has been optimized for road maintenance, drainage trenching, coal ash removal, debris clearance and terrain leveling. Its compact structure is made of reinforced corrosion-resistant components, capable of withstanding extreme underground conditions and ensuring unparalleled mobility in narrow working Spaces. This device achieves unrestricted 360-degree rotation within a limited cross-sectional area and is capable of simultaneously performing excavation, leveling, lateral excavation, rock fracturing and material transportation. It is specifically designed for demanding applications such as high-resistance trenching, coal by-product management, waste removal and road regulation.
The rotating upper frame offers 360° continuous rotation, allowing for uninterrupted excavation and material processing beneath the conveyor line. This machine is equipped with a multi-axis articulated boom, which can perform unobstructed excavation and crushing operations within an adjustable vertical range in narrow mine passages. The front-mounted modular blades provide stability and facilitate fine surface finishing. The double-sided hydraulic circuits along the boom are equipped with spring buffer protection sleeves to ensure durability in abrasive environments.
This excavator is integrated with an intelligent adaptive hydraulic system, which can automatically calibrate the pump output according to the real-time workload requirements, while ensuring millimeter-level control of load movement and speed. This system has set a benchmark for hydraulic innovation in modern industrial machinery.
This excavator is equipped with a compressed air ignition system to achieve immediate cold start capability, and is also fitted with a high-efficiency water washer and exhaust gas treatment device. This dual-phase emission control technology chemically converts toxic combustion by-products into inert gases, minimizing particulate matter emissions and ensuring compliance with underground air quality standards.
