Our high-performance diesel excavator for coal mines is a hydraulic excavator specifically designed for underground mining operations. It performs exceptionally well in tasks such as road maintenance, drainage ditch excavation, cinder cleaning, debris removal, and surface leveling. Its compact design is made of sturdy materials and components, capable of withstanding extreme underground environments and ensuring outstanding mobility in confined Spaces. This machine can achieve 360° full rotation within the minimum cross-sectional area and simultaneously perform multiple functions such as excavation, leveling, lateral excavation, rock crushing and material handling. It effectively handles challenging tasks, including rough trenching, cinder removal, waste management and road surface treatment.
The upper frame can rotate 360° without any restrictions and is used for excavation and crushing operations beneath the conveying system. Its articulated working arm facilitates unobstructed crushing and excavation throughout the entire working range at different heights within the mine road. The front-mounted adjustable bulldozer blade can enhance the stability of the machine during operation and support precise grading. The key hydraulic pipelines on both sides of the working arm are protected by spring-reinforced protective sleeves to ensure the integrity of the hoses under harsh conditions.
The excavator adopts an intelligent load-sensing hydraulic system, which automatically synchronizes the pump pressure with the operational requirements while maintaining precise load speed control. This technology represents the cutting-edge of water conservancy engineering in contemporary construction equipment.
This device is equipped with an air-start ignition system that can be quickly activated in cold weather and is supplemented by an advanced washer exhaust treatment system. This emission control technology converts harmful engine exhaust into non-toxic gases, significantly improving the air quality in underground working Spaces.
